We are a local concrete contractor, not a data company. We collect information so we can answer your questions, visit your property, prepare estimates, and complete your project. This policy is written to be read, so we have kept it as plain as we can.

Information you give us. When you use the Book Service form, call, text, or email us, you may provide:

  • The property address where the work would take place
  • The service you are interested in and a preferred date for a site visit
  • Project details, messages, and any photos you choose to send

Information from estimates and jobs. If we visit your property or work together, we may keep measurements, site notes, photos of the work area, written estimates, contracts, invoices, and payment records. Photos we take are of the concrete and the job site, not of you or the inside of your home unless the project requires it.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web host may record basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This helps keep the site working and secure.

Cookies and Outside Services

Our website does not use advertising cookies, and it does not use cookies to track you across other websites.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers and shares your IP address with Google when the page loads. Google handles that information under its own privacy policy.

Project Photos

We like to show our work. We may photograph completed driveways, patios, walkways, and other concrete projects for our website, social media, or marketing. We take care to leave out house numbers, license plates, and people.

If you would prefer that photos of your property not be used, just tell us before or after the job and we will honor your request.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep estimate requests and messages that do not turn into a project for up to 24 months, in case you contact us again about the same work. For customers, we keep project records, contracts, invoices, and photos for as long as needed for warranty, tax, licensing, insurance, and legal purposes, which is often several years after the job is finished. When we no longer need information, we delete or securely dispose of it.

How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, such as limiting access to people who need it, using password-protected accounts, and working with reputable service providers. No website, email, or storage system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information like full payment card numbers or Social Security numbers through our website form or email.

Shine the Light. California residents may also ask whether we shared personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We do not.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers send "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals. Because we do not sell personal information or track visitors across websites, there is nothing for these signals to turn off. If that changes, we will treat Global Privacy Control signals as a valid opt-out request as California law requires.

Children
