Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of lamaxconcrete.com (the "Website"), which is operated by LA Max Concrete ("LA Max Concrete," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Website or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms cover the Website only. Any concrete work we perform for you is governed by the written estimate and contract you sign for that project.

Website Information Is General

Our service pages and FAQs are written to help property owners in Los Angeles County understand concrete options. They are general information, not engineering, legal, or permit advice for your specific property.

Details like slab thickness, cure times, reinforcement, drainage, and permit requirements depend on your site, your plans, and local rules. We confirm those details for your project during the site visit and in your written estimate.

Sample Pricing and Estimates

Price ranges shown on the Website, such as cost per square foot, are examples to help you plan. They are not quotes or offers, and they may change with material costs, site conditions, access, demolition, reinforcement, finishes, and permit requirements.

Only a written estimate from LA Max Concrete, prepared after we review your project, states a price for your work. Unless the estimate says otherwise, written estimates are valid for 30 days.

Booking Requests and Scheduling

Submitting the Book Service form, calling, or emailing us is a request for us to contact you. It does not reserve a date, create a contract, or obligate you or us to do any work.

A preferred date you choose on the form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Site visits and project start dates are confirmed directly by our team. Weather, inspections, material deliveries, and site conditions can affect schedules, and we will keep you informed if anything changes.

Your Project Contract Controls

When you hire us, the scope, price, payment schedule, timeline, warranty, and other terms for your job are set out in your signed contract. If anything on the Website conflicts with your signed contract, the contract controls.

California law gives consumers certain rights for home improvement contracts, including cancellation rights in some situations. Those rights will be explained in your contract where they apply.

Photos and Examples

Photos, renderings, and before-and-after images on the Website illustrate the types of work, finishes, and designs we offer. Some images are representative examples and may not show a specific LA Max Concrete project. Natural concrete varies, so colors, textures, and patterns on your project may look different from what you see on screen.

What You Send Us

When you send us project details, photos, or messages, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You agree not to submit false requests, spam, harmful code, or anything unlawful. How we handle the information you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Website in a way that breaks any law or regulation
• Try to access parts of the Website, servers, or systems you are not authorized to access
• Interfere with the Website, including by uploading viruses or overloading it with automated requests
• Copy large parts of the Website, or use bots or scrapers to collect content or contact information
• Pretend to be someone else or submit requests on someone else's behalf without permission

Our Content and Name

The Website, including its text, design, logo, graphics, and photos, belongs to LA Max Concrete or is used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, such as sharing a page with a family member or property manager. This section does not limit our responsibilities under a signed project contract or any rights that cannot be limited under California law.

Indemnification

If you misuse the Website or break these Terms, and that causes a claim against LA Max Concrete, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, including attorney fees, to the extent allowed by law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If a dispute about the Website cannot be resolved by talking with us first, it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless your project contract says otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Using the Website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
